Sunday Bread

One of the many many things I wanted to improve this year was my family's diet. Healthier, cleaner, lighter. And as part of that, for more than a month now, I have planned to start baking our own bread on weekends. Bread from the store, you see, contains many ingredients I don't like: sugar for instance.

So, on Sunday I finally got my act together and baked. White flour, milk, yeast, just a little sugar and salt and voilá, a fine bread it became. There aren't many things that smell better than fresh bread just out of the oven. The kids love it and so do I.
